"Shift diary date" adds idle business days immediately before a stage starts, without affecting anything earlier — use it if, for example, a client can't review anything on Mondays. Click a stage name to rename it, drag the ⠿ handle to reorder rows (rows marked 🔒 are pinned to an exact date and can't be moved), and use + to insert a new stage after any row.
Desperate for weekend work?
By default every stage skips Saturdays and Sundays. Turn this on to allow the schedule to land on weekend dates.
